I have been a repeat customer of this product for several years. The product is very effective and has been used by several of my family members with excellent satisfaction. I made an additional purchase in November of 2025. The payment was deducted from my account within two days, however, it is now January 2026 and I have yet to receive my order. I have emailed support three times, and made a phone call which only allowed me to leave a message. This has been a great disappointment as I still have had no response. So sad, because the product is fabulous!

They will take your money, but you won't see the product. Robbery.

I have ordered 2 jars of hemfix but no order was shipped to me 2 weeks after money was taken from my account. Regular customer.

Why would you ship a product that was produced in2023 and expired 9/25?
